Course 501: Hardware Maintenance
- A hardware maintenance course that provides training on the different types of DIT-MCO test systems and their components.
- Provides a basic overview of the systems including, but not limited to, 9500, 2500, 2115, 2650, and 2635.
- Demonstrates preventative maintenance and diagnostics that can be performed on the systems to ensure test equipment is functioning properly.
- Students view actual DIT-MCO analyzers and become familiar with the internal workings.
- Pertinent NETS instruction provides students with the knowledge necessary to perform maintenance using DIT-MCO software.
- Class sizes are limited to 10 students.
- This class is scheduled for three (3) days, Monday – Wednesday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Students earn a DIT-MCO Certificate of Completion for the course.

- Due to systems variety, the material presented may not apply to all students.
- Students should know the DIT-MCO system model(s) they operate before attending class.
